Tattler reusable canning lids use high quality rubber gaskets and BPA (Bisphenol A) free plastic lids to provide highly reliable sealed mason jars that will preserve your food for years. Canning lids with rubber gaskets can be reused over and over, eliminating the need for costly replacement of metal canning lids. Tattler canning jar lids are FDA approved and USDA food grade plastic approved for direct contact with food and have been tested on Ball canning jars, Jarden canning jars, and Leifheit canning jars. You will know that your canning jars are sealed because they will lift easily off the jar when there is no seal. Best of all, Tattler canning jar lids can withstand the extreme temperatures and pressures of a pressure canner and use standard metal rings during the canning process.
