Red Feather canned butter is an excellent way to store long term food storage butter in a safe and great tasting way. Our canned butter is imported from New Zealand where cream is extracted from milk from cows that are raised on the open range. The high quality creamery butter is packaged into 12 oz cans that will store for many years. We have butter purchased 10 years ago that tastes as good as the day we bought it.
Canned butter is both a comfort food and a staple food. Canned butter can be used on wheat bread baked in our solar Sun Oven during periods of time that food storage must be used. It is a staple food because it provides essential fats necessary maintain good health.
