Geodesic frames are very strong. The configuration on this geodesic dome allows it to hold 300 lbs or more. It is lightweight, constructed from high grade 1" aircraft alloy, can be set up in about 4 to 5 hours by two people and has a very high wind resistance. Combined with a good quality tarp or cover, this frame will provide years of long term shelter use. This frame has a weight of 150 lbs.

Hothouse Cover - This cover is made to turn your geodesic frame into a hothouse where food can be grown during cold months.
